Inaugurated by the British High Commissioner to Cameroon in the presence of the British Council’s director, ILEC is proud to work with ATHE as a recognized satellite center to offer high quality fully regulated courses. Completion of ILEC’s courses gives students ATHE diplomas which allows the possibility to enroll directly in first, second, or final year bachelor’s degree programs in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Ireland.
