TOEFL iBT Exams Information

The TOEFL iBT test is administered via the Internet, it’s an important part of your journey to study in an English-speaking country. The TOEFL iBT test measures your ability to use and understand English at the university level. And it evaluates how well you combine your listening, reading, speaking and writing skills to perform academic tasks.

Examination fee depends on exchange rate on day of registration.

Requirement: photocopy of a valid identification document

2020 available test dates in Yaounde

June: 13th and 27th / July: 11th, 18th and 25th / August: 8th and 29th / September: 11th 18th and 19th / October: 9th, 10th and 17th /

November: 7th and 21st.

Places are limited; please register early— 1-2 months in advance if possible, to be sure to reserve a seat on the date and location of your choice. You would be charged late entry fee if you register late

TOEFL results: your results are available online 10 days after your test and a hard copy of your result will be mailed automatically to the address you provided upon registration. This may take 1-2 months.

Score Recipients

You can send your scores to up to 4 score recipients free. Make sure you provide the details of score recipients during registration. But if you don’t, you’ll be charge an extra fee to forward a copy of your result to a score recipient.

Test Date Transfer POLICY

Once registered you’re advised not to cancel or change your test dates but should you wish;

  • To transfer your test dates you’ll pay an additional fee

Identification:

On the day of the exams the only document you’ll be allowed to take with you into the exams room is the identification document you registered with. It’s therefore your responsibility to make sure it’s up to date and available.
